The packaging and the product were both very nice.
I just started using it. It is light but heats well. I recommend it.
bought a double duvet from the English Home seller with a discount of 500 lira. The next day the discount ended and my product was shipped after the discount ended. I opened my shipping box and inside was a single duvet. I asked the seller a question and requested an exchange because the discount was over and I did not want to buy it at the 500 lira increased price, even though it was not my fault. As a result of ENGLISH HOME's incorrect shipping, a single-use product arrived. But English Home told me to return the product and order it again. Why do I have to buy the same product by paying more because of someone else's mistake because the discount has ended? Also, shipping the single duvet after the discount ends does not seem like a very well-intentioned approach to me. The wrong product was sent to me on purpose so that I could buy it at an increased price. I don't think I will shop from English Home again. Also, if the duvet came for a double size, it was like a very thin oilcloth, I would never use it. Also, they do not respond to messages when it is not useful to them, they do not treat the other person as a human being, the decision is still up to you.
