Returns & Exchanges At Lovendo, we stand by the quality and craftsmanship of our products. We accept returns and exchanges only if the items are defective or damaged upon delivery. Please contact us within 14 days of delivery to initiate a return or exchange for such items. Items must be shipped back within 21 days of delivery in their original condition, with tags and packaging intact, along with the receipt or proof of purchase.
Initiating a Return To initiate a return, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. Upon acceptance of your return, we will provide a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Returns without prior approval will not be accepted. Damages and Issues Upon receiving your order, please inspect the items immediately. If you find any defects or damages, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us right away so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Non-returnable Items Please note that we do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges We replace items only if they are defective or damaged. To exchange an item, return the original item, and upon acceptance, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method. Please note that the bank or credit card company may take some time to process and post the refund.
Late or Missing Refunds If you haven’t received a refund yet, recheck your bank account, contact your credit card company, and then your bank. If you’ve done all this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Conditions of Return Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
Governing Law These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Delaware, United States. Any disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts of Delaware.
