Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates:

  • We offer complimentary shipping on all orders to the U.S. and U.S. Territories, so the price you see is the price you pay, with no extra charges at checkout.
  • Delivery times may vary, but we'll provide estimates alongside your tracking information.

Delivery Delays:

  • Occasionally, factors beyond our control can affect shipping times. We ask for your patience in these instances.

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking:

  • Once your order is on its way, we'll send you a confirmation email with a tracking number. It'll be up and running within 24 hours, so you can follow your package's journey.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes:

  • Please note that Lovendo Home isn't responsible for any customs fees or taxes levied on your order. These are the buyer's responsibility, so please check with your country's regulations to avoid surprises.


  • While Lovendo Home ensures your items leave in pristine condition, we're not responsible for any damage incurred during shipping. If your order arrives damaged, please contact the shipping carrier to file a claim.
  • Keep all packaging and damaged items as they may be needed for the claim process.

International Shipping Policy

Returns Policy
