At Lovendo, we are committed to delivering the finest quality Turkish products to your doorstep. We stand behind the excellence of our products and ensure every item is thoroughly inspected before shipment.

Returns Due to Defects or Damage

We accept returns only if the item is defective or damaged upon arrival. If you encounter any issues with your order, please contact us within 14 days of delivery. Items must be shipped back within 21 days of delivery to qualify for a return.

Conditions for Return

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Initiating a Return

To initiate a return, contact us at info@lovendohome.com with details of the product defect or damage. If your return is accepted, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your package. Returns without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Exceptions

Note that we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Refunds

Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we will let you know if the refund was approved. If approved, you’ll be refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, check your bank account again, then contact your credit card company. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. If you’ve done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at info@lovendohome.com.

Conditions of Return

If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs for defective or damaged items.
